Terms of use

These terms cover Hit Her Line (HHL), hitherline.com and our AI companion service on Telegram. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable use policy. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle information.

Eligibility: adults only

You must be at least 18 and meet the legal age for this service in your jurisdiction. At entry, you confirm both. Don't use the service where access is unlawful, let a minor use your account, or bypass age restrictions. See Age verification.

Your account

You need a Telegram account to chat with a character. Keep your account secure and tell us if someone uses it without your permission. You're responsible for your own activity and the information you submit. Telegram is a separate service with its own terms.

Fictional, AI-generated content

All characters are fictional and AI-generated. No real people are depicted and there are no human performers. Every character is an adult, aged 18 or older, and is presented as an adult. Chats, images, video and voice notes are generated by AI; a character isn't a human corresponding with you.

Generated media is delivered in Telegram and isn't stored long-term by us. Save anything you want to keep. We don't promise that media will remain available for download or can be restored later.

Prohibited uses

We have zero tolerance for content involving minors or anyone appearing under 18, real-person likenesses without consent, non-consensual intimate imagery, incest involving blood relatives, bestiality, necrophilia, extreme violence or gore in a sexual context, human trafficking or exploitation, illegal drug sales, hate content, harassment, or attempts to bypass safety systems. The Acceptable use policy gives the full rules and enforcement process.

Credits and payments

Paid features use prepaid credits. You can buy credits through Cash App, Telegram Stars or crypto (USDC). Card payments may be added later. Check the price and credit amount before buying. The billing descriptor is HHL CREDITS.

Credits are one-way, non-transferable and have no cash value. They can only be used for the service and can't be sent to another user, resold or exchanged for cash. Eligible purchase refunds are handled under the Refund policy; they aren't a cash-out feature.

Refunds and failed delivery

Used credits aren't refundable. Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase only if no credits from that purchase were used, subject to the Telegram Stars and crypto rules in our Refund policy. Failed or undelivered generations are automatically refunded as credits. Email payments@hitherline.com with your order code for help.

Chargebacks

A chargeback suspends your account and remaining credits pending review. We'll review the payment and relevant delivery records. You can provide information or challenge the decision through the Complaints process. This doesn't limit payment dispute rights provided by law or your payment provider.

Content preferences and consent

Content preferences are opt-in and all are off by default. You can change them at any time and set hard limits. Characters respect those limits. An opt-in never permits prohibited content. Consensual fantasy role-play between adults, including power-exchange, is permitted within our rules and your own opt-ins.

Your prompts and submissions

You're responsible for the prompts, messages and other content you submit. Only submit material you're allowed to use. Don't submit unlawful content, private information about someone else without permission, or instructions that violate our rules. You give us permission to process your submissions as needed to provide the service, generate responses and enforce these policies, as described in our Privacy notice.

Intellectual property

KS Ecosystem, LLC and its licensors retain any rights they hold in the HHL brand, site materials and character designs. You may use the service and save delivered media for your personal, lawful use. Purchasing credits doesn't transfer ownership of our brand or other rights we hold, or grant commercial reuse rights. You keep any rights you have in your submissions. We don't promise that AI output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Disclaimers

The service is for entertainment. AI can make mistakes, give inconsistent responses or produce unexpected results. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice or emergency help. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. This doesn't override our refund or content-removal commitments or your statutory rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability the law doesn't allow us to exclude. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in place.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through Account & safety or by email. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, unlawful activity or safety concerns. Any indication that a user is a minor results in account termination. We may remove prohibited content and report matters where required by law. Eligible refunds remain subject to our Refund policy. You can appeal through the Complaints process.

Governing law

Wyoming law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms don't remove consumer rights or access to courts that applicable law guarantees.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll publish revised terms here and notify you of material changes through the service before they take effect. Changes won't take away rights that already arose from a purchase. If you don't agree to revised terms, stop using the service.
