Prepaid HHL credits

Paid features use prepaid credits bought through Cash App, Telegram Stars or crypto (USDC). Card payments may be added later. The billing descriptor is HHL CREDITS. Check the price and credit amount before purchasing, and keep your order code.

Credits are one-way, non-transferable and have no cash value. They pay for features in the HHL Telegram service; this website has no checkout.

Delivery and refunds

Generated media is delivered in Telegram and isn't stored long-term by us. Save what you want to keep. Failed or undelivered generations are automatically refunded as credits.

Used credits aren't refundable. Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase only if no credits from that purchase were used. Telegram Stars purchases follow Telegram's terms. Crypto payments are final except for delivery failures, which are credited back as credits. Read the Refund policy for the payment-method rules and request process.

Purchase questions

Email payments@hitherline.com with your order code. Don't send passwords or full payment credentials. A chargeback suspends your account and remaining credits pending review. Our Complaints policy explains timelines, escalation and appeals.
