HHL / Information
Report content & request removal
Anyone can report content. No account, purchase or login is required. You can report for yourself, for someone you represent, or as a concerned person.
What to report
Report any content involving a minor or someone who appears under 18, a real person's likeness used without consent, non-consensual content or intimate imagery, copyright infringement, or any other violation of our Acceptable use policy.
How to report
Email info@hitherline.com or info@hitherline.com. Include a link or description that helps us locate the content, such as the Telegram character handle, message link and approximate time, plus the reason for your report. A public link isn't required. Don't forward unlawful imagery or attach intimate images; describe where they appeared.
For a copyright report, identify your work and the material you believe infringes it, and explain whether you're the owner or an authorized representative. For a formal TAKE IT DOWN Act request, include your typed full name as an electronic signature, contact details, enough information to locate the imagery, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief it was shared without consent. If you're acting for the person depicted, explain that authority. We still accept safety reports from anyone and take immediate protective action while reviewing them.
Compose a report
Fill in these fields to open a draft in your email application. Review and send the email to submit your report. This form doesn't send anything by itself. If your browser doesn't open an email draft, email either address above with the same details. All fields are required.
What happens next
- Within 24 hours: we acknowledge your report or complaint.
- Immediately upon report: we remove content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery from our service pending review.
- Within 48 hours: we action requests concerning a real person's likeness without consent or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). For valid requests under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we remove the reported intimate imagery and make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies within that same period.
- Within 5 business days: we resolve general complaints and explain the outcome.
The 24-hour and 48-hour periods are elapsed hours, including weekends. We prioritize urgent safety reports; the general complaint timeline doesn't delay immediate removal or the 48-hour deadline.
We reply with a reference for your report and explain the action taken. Removal covers content on our service and content we can control. We can't erase copies saved independently by other people or guarantee removal from Telegram's separate systems; you can also use Telegram's reporting tools. That limitation doesn't delay action within our control.
Escalation and appeals
If you haven't received an acknowledgment within 24 hours, or a deadline is missed, email info@hitherline.com with “Escalation” and your original report details. To appeal an outcome, reply to the decision or email that address with “Appeal”, your report reference and why you disagree. We acknowledge appeals within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days. Disputed content stays removed during review when it involves minors or non-consensual intimate imagery.
See our Complaints policy for review and record-keeping details and our Privacy notice for how we handle report information.
