Privacy notice

This notice covers hitherline.com and the HHL AI companion service on Telegram, operated by KS Ecosystem, LLC.

Information we collect

• Telegram account information: your Telegram ID and username to connect your account with the service.
• Preferences: your content opt-ins and hard limits so characters can respect your choices. All content preferences are off by default and can be changed at any time.
• Messages and service content: prompts, chats and content you submit so we can generate responses and provide the service.
• Payment records: purchase and transaction references, order codes, amounts, payment methods and credit activity to manage purchases, delivery and refunds. We don't receive card numbers. Current methods are Cash App, Telegram Stars and crypto (USDC); card payments may be added later.
• Support and safety reports: your email, report details and correspondence when you contact us.
• Website connection information: the hosting provider may receive IP addresses and request logs when serving pages.

The website and age verification

We collect anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited and how people move through the site, so we can make it easier to use. These statistics don't use cookies and don't identify you, and we don't use them for advertising. Before you can see the character directory, you confirm you are 18 or older and, where local law requires it, verify your age through AgeVerif, an independent age-assurance provider, using its ID check. AgeVerif runs the check. We receive only a pass or fail result, and we never receive or store your ID document, photo, name or date of birth.

The website sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies: a short-lived security value used while you verify your age, a signed pass that lasts 24 hours on the device you verified on, and a signed 18+ confirmation that lasts 30 days, so you aren't asked again. Your IP address is also used to determine your state for the age check rule. These cookies contain no personal information and aren't used for tracking or advertising. The website isn't available in the United Kingdom or Australia, and your IP address is used to determine your country for that rule.

How we use information

We use information to deliver chats and generated media, remember service context and preferences, manage credits, handle support and refund requests, enforce safety rules, investigate misuse and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal data.

Providers and sharing

Hosting providers serve the website and service infrastructure. AI model providers process the messages and context needed to generate responses and media. Payment providers process purchases and supply transaction records. These providers receive information needed for their roles. Telegram handles messages and media on its platform under its own terms and privacy rules.

Some of these providers may process information outside your country. AI providers are used through business access, and we choose settings that don't allow your content to be used for model training wherever that choice is offered. We may also disclose relevant information when legally required, including required reports to NCMEC or law enforcement.

Retention and generated media

Generated images, video and voice notes are delivered in Telegram and aren't stored long-term by us. Save what you want to keep; we don't provide a permanent media archive. Our temporary media retention period is up to 30 days, after which files are deleted.

Chats and preferences are kept to provide the service and maintain conversation context. You can request deletion through Account & safety or by email. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or legal duties, and complaint records support review and enforcement. We keep chats and preferences while your account is active and for up to 12 months after your last activity. We keep payment records for 7 years, as required for tax and accounting. We keep complaint records for 3 years. Deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

Change your content preferences and hard limits at any time. Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through Account & safety or by emailing info@hitherline.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a privacy authority.

We may need to verify that a request comes from the account holder before disclosing or deleting account data. We'll explain any information needed for that check and any legal reason we must retain particular records. Don't email passwords or full payment credentials. Deleting data from our service doesn't automatically erase copies independently held by Telegram, a payment provider or someone you've shared content with.

Adults only and privacy concerns

The service is for adults 18+ and isn't intended for minors. Report suspected underage use or a privacy concern to our contact address. We terminate accounts on any indication that a user is a minor. Our Age verification policy explains the entry gate and additional checks where required by local law.
